
CJ8 Single Motor Three-Station Electric Actuator
I. Overview
The CJ8 series three-position electric actuator adopts a modular structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, stable operation, reliable self-locking, accurate repeat positioning, small size, light weight, and easy installation and debugging. Suitable for 72.5-145kV gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS), used to operate GIS isolation switch (DS) and grounding switch (ES), can be achieved by electric and manual operation, electric and manual interlock.
This product is strictly simulated in accordance with industry standards.
This product complies with GB1985-2004 "AC high-voltage isolation switch and grounding switch" standard.
This product is in line with 126kV ~ 500kV high voltage isolation switch, grounding switch electric operation use.
III. The use of the environment

3.2 ambient temperature: -40 °C ~ +60 °C;
3.3 Relative Humidity: 85% RH;
3.4 Contamination level: Class III;
3.5 Does not apply to locations with flammable substances, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.

4.1 Disconnect switch (DS) closing:
When the mechanism is in the open state, the motor (6) drives the worm (8) to rotate through the splined sleeve, and the rotary motion drives the spline shaft to rotate through the worm wheel, thereby driving the isolation switch to close.
At the end of closing operation, the auxiliary switch (2) is switched by the corresponding arm (3), and then the cam drive limit switch cuts off the motor circuit, and the mechanism achieves closing operation according to a predetermined angle.
4.2 Earthing switch (ES) closing:
When the ground is closed, the movement of each part is the same as isolation closing, but the direction of movement is opposite.
4.3 Electric opening:
When the motor is opened, the motion of each part is the same as that of the electric switch, but the direction of motion is opposite.
4.4 Manual Operation:
When the manual closing and opening operation is performed, the locking plate is opened until the handle insertion hole is exposed, the handle is inserted, and the selected operation direction can be divided and closed by the manual operation mechanism.
When the locking plate is opened, the microswitch on one side is switched, so that the local and remote electric operation are all cut off, the motor is unlocked and the manual and electric interlock are realized; the handle is pulled out and the locking plate is reset to cover the handle and inserted The hole can not be operated manually. At the same time, the local and remote power supply can be switched on and the electric operation can be performed, and the manual and electric interlocking can still be maintained.
V. Installation, Commissioning and Operation Precautions
5.1 The agency has been commissioned before leaving the factory, to the scene only need to carry out the necessary inspection and testing can be put into operation, not arbitrarily disintegrated.
5.2 When the mechanism is connected to the GIS body switch, it must be ensured that the body's sub-opening and closing positions are consistent with the sub-opening and closing positions of the mechanism, and ensure that the mechanism's output shaft and switch body are transmitted smoothly and flexibly without any jamming.
5.3 The manual operation mechanism shall be divided and closed twice to check whether the position of the switch and closing of the GIS body is accurate. Then the electric operation is allowed. The continuous operation time interval between the closing and closing shall be greater than 60 seconds.
5.4 Confirm that the related equipment and components meet the interlocking conditions; confirm that the control circuit and the motor circuit voltage are normal; confirm that the motor overload circuit is in series with the thermal overload relay, and adjust the current setting value to match the rated current of the motor to be protected. The value fits.
VI. Transportation and storage
6.1 The organization shall not be turned upside down, tipped over, impacted or subjected to severe vibration during transportation and loading and unloading.
6.2 Institutions should be kept in a dry and clean room. They should be inspected periodically during the storage period and must not be exposed to water, steam, or harmful gases.
