II. Basic structure of circuit breaker

2.1 The body structure of the circuit breaker is composed of a conductive circuit, an insulation system, a seal and a shell. The conductive loop is formed by connecting the incoming and outgoing wire conductive rod, the conductive clip, the soft connection and the vacuum interrupter. This product uses SF6 gas insulation. The inlet and outlet insulation sleeves are integrally cast with epoxy resin and silicon rubber. In order to reduce the volume of the switch, the corner sleeves are used for the A and C phases to ensure good external insulation; the internal composite insulation structure is used, and the SF6 gas is not charged. , Can also reach the corresponding insulation level. This product adopts a mature sealing structure. The mechanism cover and the upper cover of the shell are sealed by stamping and forming grooves, the output pointer shaft is sealed by double-layer "O" ring, and the inlet and outlet sleeves are integrally cast to ensure good air tightness.

2.2 Operating mechanism The operating mechanism of this product is electric energy storage, electric opening and closing, and also has manual energy storage, manual opening and closing, the whole structure closing spring, energy storage system, opening and closing coil, manual opening and closing system, auxiliary Components such as switches and energy storage indicators.

III. Use environment

Ambient air temperature: -40℃~+40℃; daily temperature difference: daily temperature change is not more than 25℃; According to the material properties of SF6 gas, when the ambient temperature is -40℃, if the air pressure inside the cabinet is 0.05Mpa, this When the SF6 is still in gaseous state, to ensure the normal operation of the product. 4.3 Main technical parameters of operating mechanism

4.5 Zero sequence current transformer

One zero-sequence current transformer is installed in the circuit breaker body, with a transformation ratio of 20/1. In the zone of zero-sequence current 0.1~5A, there is a good linear relationship, and the transformation ratio error under rated load (0.1VA) is less than 3% , When the zero sequence current is 400A, the secondary output current is not less than 5A.

4.6 Operation power supply

4.6.1 The circuit breaker needs to operate the power supply when it is working. The operating current can be externally drawn AC or DC 220V power supply, but generally an external operating power transformer or voltage transformer is installed on the 10KV line to obtain AC 220V operating power supply, with a capacity of 1kva and a weight of 45kg.
