1. Product structure Product structure and working principle
The overall shape of the CT□-0.11I spring operating mechanism is shown in Figure 1. The outline of the driving unit is shown in Figure 2.
The operating mechanism is a circuit breaker operating mechanism. The mechanism of energy storage of the mechanism includes two ways: motor energy storage and manual energy storage. The closing operation includes a closing electromagnet operation and a manual button operation. The sub-gate operation has an opening and closing electromagnet. There are two ways of operation and manual button operation. The mechanism is a box structure. The frame is welded by 10 different steel plates into a frame shaped like a box body; the main shaft passes through four round holes on the inner plate, and is mounted on the two outer plates through bearings; One end is connected to the arm on the main shaft, and the other end is fixed on the frame; The closing spring is installed between the driving arm and the frame; The drive assembly is installed in the middle and lower part of the frame, and the buffer and limit are installed on it. On the side plate, the spindle is connected to the output shaft through a crank arm installed in its middle position, which in turn drives the vacuum circuit breaker to open and close.
working principle
The motor is energized. The motor drives the drive shaft on the drive assembly to rotate through the gear drive to complete the closing spring energy storage process. To the closing signal, the closing solenoid pushes the closing gate, the closing spring is released, and the drive cam pushes the output. The component drives the main shaft to rotate, the circuit breaker performs the closing operation, and at the same time, the sub-gate spring energy storage; to the sub-gate signal, the sub-gate electromagnet pushes the sub-gate opening action, the sub-gate spring is released, the sub-gate spring pulls the main shaft to rotate, and the open circuit The device performs the opening operation.
Product lifting and installation
1. Lifting: When the product is hoisted, the lifting equipment shall be used to lift the product through the sling, and the operating mechanism shall be kept vertically in the installation position when lifting, and the mechanism shall maintain the level during lifting so as to avoid tilting down.
2. Installation: When the product is installed, it should be lifted with a lifting device, slowly and smoothly put into the mechanism installation space of the circuit breaker, and then firmly fixed with M12 bolts. After the installation and debugging is completed, apply Loctite 242 removable anaerobic adhesive on the threads. .
Product transport and storage
1. Transportation: The operating mechanism should avoid collision in the transportation process, and there should be no serious vibration, bumps and impact phenomenon to ensure that the product has no obvious scratches and bumps.
2. Storage: The place where the operating mechanism is stored should be dry, clean, air-flown, and can prevent the intrusion of various harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store in the same place with corrosive substances.
