Spring Mechanism CT17

Overview

The CT17/35 type spring operating mechanism is used for the operation of 35KV-40.5 vacuum circuit breakers and closing power, equivalent SF6 circuit breakers, and less oil circuit breakers.

The mechanism closing spring energy storage method has two kinds of electric and manual. There are two kinds of electromagnets and manual buttons in the closing and opening operations. Can manually slow, slow. With the closing position, the mechanical interlocking function of the closing operation cannot be performed. The mechanism can be installed (output shaft is at the lower rear) or flipped (the mechanism is at the upper rear), and the connection and cooperation are very convenient. The organization has high energy storage efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, compact structure, large closing power, small size, light weight, and long service life.

The organization meets the requirements of GB1984-89 AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker and the technical conditions of this product.

Environmental conditions

1. The upper limit of ambient air humidity is +40°C, and the lower limit is -25°C (the upper limit of storage air temperature is +40°C and the lower limit is -40°C).

2, the altitude does not exceed 1000m;

3, relative humidity: the average daily is not more than 95%, the monthly average is not more than 90%

Water vapor pressure average: not more than 2.2x10-3MPa, monthly average not more than 1.8x10-3MPa.

4. No fire, explosion hazard, no corrosive gas, no frequent violent vibration.

Technical Parameters

1. The main parameters of the organization are shown in Table 1.

2, manual energy storage operating force: 520mm storage handle, the maximum operating force of not more than 150N.

3. The structure and parameters of the closing and opening electromagnets are the same and can be used universally. The power supply is separate and can use the same power supply.
